Zeichnungsteile werden speziell nach den individuellen Anforderungen des jeweiligen Kunden und in benötigter Stückzahl hergestellt, wobei verschiedenste Fertigungsverfahren vom Drehen über das Fräsen bis zum Schleifen zum Einsatz kommen. Gerne übernehmen wir auch die Montage von Baugruppen, die Rohteilbeschaffung und Oberflächenveredelungen.

High-quality component manufacturing

Schlote is a specialist for the production of designed components for various branches of industry. A variety of production methods are used. Aside from turning and milling, we offer EDM and grinding to our customers. We also procure the required semi-finished products and surface finishing.

Individual requirements for designed components and special parts

If a standardised application is lacking, we plan and realise highly customised designed components, in particular for specialised applications, products or assemblies. We take specific customer needs into account, for example, regarding the material itself (such as the use of special materials), the quality of surface finishing (demanding tolerances, for example), non-standard measurements or dimensions, specific degrees of hardness, threads, corrosion resistance or other technical characteristics.

Schlote produces technically sophisticated, individual designed components as work pieces. Our custom-made products are individually manufactured for specific customers. Often the key challenge – and our special area of expertise – lies in the lack of technical standards and norms for the requested work pieces. The design and technical layout of the work piece is therefore very important to us. In close coordination with our customers, we consistently strive to find the most cost-effective method to produce the respective component.

As a contract manufacturer, we supply you with the components you need – from turned or milled parts to other designed components. Drawings, CAD files or a sample serve as the basis for our production.
