Commercial trainees are trained in all central functions of a modern company. Practical training imparts well-grounded technical knowledge in the context of varied, diverse tasks with a successful industry supplier and partner. University graduates at Schlote
You have completed your studies? When you join Schlote as a university graduate, your career development begins with an intensive introductory phase. We assist you with a mix of on-the-job training and off-the-job measures. We support your personal development, establishing the basis for lasting collaboration.
Ideally we have gotten to know you during your studies through a work placement or your dissertation. Alternatively, we are with you from the outset during a dual course of study. You can join us directly and put your theoretical knowledge to use in practice. You assume responsibility from day one and have the opportunity to show what you’ve got through great personal initiative.
To support your occupational and personal development, Schlote fosters your skills and abilities with focused continuing education.
In particular, we are looking for engineering graduates (f/m/d), for example in

TECHNICAL TRAINING IN WERNIGERODE
Training at our site in Wernigerode (GAW). The latest technology in the training workshop combined with training at a very high level produce outstanding graduates in various occupations. We challenge and support our trainees. You learn to assume responsibility early on. With more than 20 trainees in 5 occupations, we count on new talent.
COMMERCIAL TRAINING IN HARSUM
Training with Schlote Holding at our site in Harsum. Modern, challenging jobs, our dedicated training officers and high standards for commercial training produce tomorrow’s skilled workers. We provide both technical and commercial training for our own needs and reward good results by hiring graduates.
