Schlote-Automotive Czech s.r.o. manufactures products for the automobile industry and its system suppliers. These products include system components for the motor, body, transmission and chassis (axles, steering and brakes).
Schlote-Automotive Czech s.r.o. produces semi-finished products in large series, mainly using machining methods with the latest technologies in the highest quality. In CNC processing centres and automated production lines, the company processes a variety of metals such as various castings, metal alloys and forged materials.
Housings, main bearings, mountings, holders for turbochargers, injection pumps, crankshaft bearing covers, parts for the electric drive train and outer rings for wheel bearings are among the products that are machined and hardened at the Schlote Group’s site in the Czech Republic. Production is further optimised through ongoing investments in new automation technologies, making jobs cleaner and more attractive.
Quality
Our high quality standards, engagement and innovation are reflected by ISO/TS 16949 certification (according to automobile industry requirements) as well as ISO 14001 environmental certification. An investment was made in a modern residual soiling laboratory to meet stricter customer requirements.
Company history
The company was founded on 3 October 2003. Production commenced in June 2004 in halls leased on the premises of the company Mesit. The move to a new production facility was made in 2008. The hall capacity of 2008 was doubled in 2014. 185 people are currently employed at the new site with a modern administrative building, production and logistics halls, and around 10,000 square metres of space for future expansion.
