Whistleblower system

The Schlote Group has introduced a whistleblower system in order to implement the requirements of the “Whistleblowing Directive” (EU Directive on the Protection of Whistleblowers December 16, 2019 – EU Directive 2019/1937). The whistleblower system is used to (anonymously) report incidents and tips from internal or external whistleblowers.

The whistleblower system offers various channels to report potential misconduct by employees or violations of the Code of Conduct for business partners in our supply chain, which require rapid review and, if necessary, reaction from our company.

Employees can contact people in their immediate work environment to ask questions about the Code of Conduct or to report violations of the Code. These are e.g. B. the superiors, the factory management, the human resources department or the works council. The persons receiving the tip/complaint are obliged to ensure the confidentiality of the whistleblower and their information.

It is also possible to contact Schlote Holding's complaints office in different languages via an internet-based communication platform at www.schlote.de.
