How do I apply?

What application documents are required?
Initially we need your CV with contact information. We will request additional application documents from you as needed. This is intended to make the application process as simple and quick as possible for you.
What file format is required for attachments?
There are no file format limitations.
What about data privacy?
We need your consent for the processing of your data in compliance with the GDPR. Unfortunately, submitting your application to us is not legally possible without this.
Will I get a confirmation of receipt?
When your application is received, our HR department sends a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address provided.
How does the selection process work?
As a rule, Schlote conducts personal interviews to get to know applicants. Other options for getting to know each other are a telephone interview or Teams meeting.
When will I hear back? You can expect to hear personally from our contacts in a timely manner.
Who is my contact person?
When you apply for a concrete job posting, the contact person is usually named.
Can I submit an unsolicited application?
You are welcome to submit an unsolicited application if none of the job postings match your profile.
Can I apply multiple times?
Yes, that is possible in principle. However, you can generally expect that we thoroughly review every application.
What jobs are currently open/starting when?
We are always looking for new employees. Telling us your earliest possible start date is important. Only positions we are currently seeking to fill are listed in our job portal. That means these jobs are always current.
